Villa Palmera is located in a busy urban area of San Juan. This community has lived here for more than 50 years, we have good relations with our neighbors, we ask to please respect neighborhood and quiet hours. While the home itself is private, secure, and gated, the surrounding area IS NOT WALKABLE. For your comfort and safety: • Do not walk around the neighborhood. • A rental car or Uber/Lyft is necessary for all transportation. Also, conveniently located less than 2 minutes from the local police station, providing quick access and peace of mind in case of any emergency. —Check-In Window (Required) To ensure a smooth and safe arrival, check-in must be completed between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. • We cannot accommodate arrivals outside this time frame. • We are not responsible for late arrivals beyond this window. Please plan travel accordingly. —Waterfront Safety Notice The lagoon provides beautiful views and peaceful kayaking, but the water is NOT for swimming. There is wildlife in the area. • Water access is for kayak use only. • Use of the pier and kayak is at your own risk. • Please use life jackets and take proper precautions. —We hope you enjoy your stay at this unique villa—perfect for reconnecting with family or friends, relaxing by the water, cooking together, and exploring Puerto Rico while having a private oasis to return to.

Additional Rules: The lake is not for swimming. Always be aware of your surroundings. Keep the front and back gates closed and locked at all times. Once inside, please lock all doors and ensure the digital keypad is secured. When leaving, return the keys to the lockbox by entering the code, opening it, and locking it again. We recommend not walking outside the property, as this is a long-established local community with no nearby attractions. Renting a vehicle is advised. Reglas adicionales: El lago no es para nadar. Guests have full access to all areas within the gated property, including both floors of the home and the laundry area. Any areas outside the gate are used at your own risk. This includes access to the dock and use of the kayak in the lake. Please be mindful and enjoy responsibly.
